Critical Additional Legal Documents
For a fully operational business like Experts Realm, the Terms and Conditions should work in conjunction with two other crucial documents:
- Privacy Policy: Details how you collect, use, and protect user data (required by laws like GDPR and CCPA).
- Master Service Agreement (MSA) / Statement of Work (SOW): This is a separate, signed contract between Experts Realm and a paying Client. It defines the specific scope, rules of engagement, deliverables, pricing, and legal warranties for each security assessment. The Terms and Conditions above govern the general use of the website, while the MSA governs the specific professional service engagement.
